Hunan Institute of Science and Technology is a century-old university located in Yueyang City, Hunan Province. The electronic information Engineering major of hunan Institute of Science and Technology is one of the flagship majors of hunan Institute of Science and Technology.It is a great honor for Hunan Institute of Science and Technology to set Zhenhai Electronics as an internship base after long-term investigation and screening.
On December 15, 2019, Li Wu, president of Hunan Institute of Science and Technology and 11 other school leaders came to Dongguan Zhenhai Electronics to visit and guide the work, and solemnly held the opening ceremony of university-enterprise co-built internship base.
First of all, Mr.Chen, general manager of HeTaiDa, introduced the development history, research and development strength and product advantages of HETAIDA to the school leaders, which was unanimously affirmed by the leaders of Hunan Institute of Science and Technology. Then Mr. Chen personally led the school leaders to visit the production workshop and laboratory of HeTaiDa.
Next, President Li Wu and Mr.Chen jointly unveiled the internship base and delivered speeches respectively. Mr. Chen said in his speech that we are deeply proud and responsible for becoming an internship base for such a powerful higher education institution.

On the one hand, we can provide students with practical opportunities through such a platform as university-enterprise co-construction practice base, so that students can combine theory with practice and rapidly increase their practical ability. This also provides a channel for our enterprises to absorb the outstanding technical personnel trained by the college. Zhenhai electronics is a technology-driven enterprise, which is always looking for excellent technology r&d talents.
On the other hand, we also need to have a high sense of responsibility and mission to build Zhenhai Electronics into a first-class internship base. We should provide students with a good and comfortable internship environment, comprehensively implement the teaching and guidance system, and ensure that each intern has a mentor to guide them. The mentor should be dedicated to teaching interns, so that they can lean more and improve their practical abilities significantly during the internship period.
Finally, both sides held a talent training research meeting to conduct in-depth discussions on enterprise talent needs, professional training objectives, curriculum design, and technological cooperation.
